Jim Samis Jr. and Mike Samis, founders of the Quence and the sons of the original visionary Jim Samis Mr., were met by Fazio in late 1998. I ultimately agreed to construct his 18-hole Championship Course, which is the only private golf experience available in Los Cabos, which will be his first course outside the United States since the 1960s.
